Is your stock authentic?
Absolutely. All of our stock is guaranteed 100% authentic. Our European suppliers specialise in sourcing us the best, high-end, designer products, and we have direct access to some of the brands we sell.
Spina Fashion is a reputable VAT registered LTD company. It is against the law to supply counterfeit goods (not to mention the impact this would have on our reputation and business). We pride ourselves in sourcing the most in-demand, authentic garments.
What do you have in stock?
All of our stock is listed on the website. Some of the stock on our Instagram page may have sold so please always refer to the website. If we don’t have what you want advertised, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to source the item for you.
Is all of your stock new?
All of our stock is brand new with tags.
How do I purchase from you?
We encourage all customers to purchase direct from our website, however, if this isn’t possible then a bank transfer can be made. We would send an invoice for the chosen products and delivery service with our bank details for you to pay.
What are your delivery times?
We're pretty fast and use DHL Express in the UK. You can opt for extra fast delivery for a fee, or DHL Express is free. Global shipping is available and will obviously take longer to reach you.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted, PayPal goods and services, bank transfers and Klarna payment plans.
How is your stock under RRP?
As a lot of our stock (not all) is past season we get very good prices with our suppliers by buying in bulk. We also keep our overheads minimal, as opposed to big brand stores with expensive rents and staffing costs. Spina Fashion is able to offer very competitive prices on our products.
When will you get more stock or sizes?
We have deliveries weekly from our suppliers, however it is not guaranteed that we will get more stock of a product we have listed. If a certain size isn’t available please contact us on email@example.com and we will try our best to get this for you.
How do I know if you have received my order?
When we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive this email please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you accept returns?
Absolutely, we want you to be happy with your purchase and get the right fit. Try on in the comfort of your own home and if you're not happy, return it to us. Just make sure the item is in the same condition you received it in with tags on and in the original packaging. More on our returns.
